Assignment: This MD France is in charge of the Group French Subsidiary with P&L responsability, 200 staff split in 2 locations and 40M Euros in yearly revenues.
This position represents interesting and varied range of challenges that will require a true “all rounder”, a “hands-on” business builder, with a strong operational capability, and good financial awareness. Objectives - Manage and grow the French subsidiary from the sales to the manufacturing side.

Main business activity: The Group (220+ M€ revenues - 1600+ people) is a global provider of innovative solutions to challenging wear problem, helping extending the life of the components in demanding environment where heat, corrosion and abrasion limit their life.
The group has operations in the UK, France, Italy, Germany, USA, Canada, India and China.
The French subsidiary business is specialist sub contract engineering providing casting and skilled machining capabilities mainly for the healthcare and Aerospace sectors.
