Assignment:
• Play full role as Financial Control of the Country Businesses• Provide insightful business analysis along with financial results.• Meet all reporting deadlines of budget and estimations requirements.• Ensure the development of a continuous improvement in Finance Analysis to support the business.• Monitoring the results and give early warning to business where neccessary

Objectives:
• Provide decision support through analysis to business and functional managers.• Participates in the development of and challenges the local business strategy.• Develops detailed analysis by product (profitability, inventory, supply chain), and by customer (aging, profitability).• Plan , coordinate and deliver the annual budget process , achieve crop management approval. • Prepares Capital Proposals and monitors CapEX budget and spending targets.• Deliver monthly phasing of budgets.• Plan , coordinate and deliver the quarterly Latest Estimate process.• Provides cyclical analysis of operational performance in areas such as pricing, customer profitablity product contribution and field force effectiveness.• Support the 5-year plan and strategy setting process by providing analysis, insight and challenge.• Ensure that value creation metrics are a critical criteria for assessing options.• Reporting of business line performance through actual and estimate processes; identification of trends compared to plan; proposals of corrective measures.• Delivers ad hoc Financial information to local business managers
